Knickernappies Custom Fit diapers feature elastic at both the waist and back. This keeps messes where they belong: in the diaper! With hidden snaps and gentle leg elastic, Knickernappies are designed for your baby's comfort.
Side snaps give this diaper a very smooth fit across the tummy. No more poofing or drooping! In addition, side snaps are great for curious toddlers who have mastered aplix or front-snapping diapers.
The Knickernappies Custom Fit diaper is a sized diaper. We offer this diaper in three great sizes that will fit your baby beautifully. Waist and hip snaps adjust separately for a custom fit!
 This diaper does not include an insert. This allows you maximum flexibility and the ability to customize to your child's exact needs more affordably. No more spending money on inserts you don't like or need!
Instructions for use: Simply slide an insert of your choice into the pocket. Make sure the insert is flat, then fasten the diaper around your baby. Adjust the waist snaps and hip snaps accordingly for a custom fit. When soiled, remove the diaper from your baby, remove the insert, and place both insert and pocket diaper into the diaper pail.
Washing instructions:
1. Rinse in cold water with no detergent. This prevents most stains from setting.
2. Wash in hot water with 1/2 normal amount of detergent (or full amount for cloth diaper-specific detergent)
3. Dry in dryer or hang to dry.

Great diaper - great fit, long lasting quality
I have had 20 knickernappies size medium diapers that I have used on 2 children. Our first child used the size mediums for more than 12 months. Those same diapers are now in use on our 2nd child and fit from 4 months of age and are still fitting with room to grow at 20 months of age and 30 lbs. They will fit through to potty training. The side-snaps are great to keep a curious toddler from unsnapping a diaper, and they work very well to be able to set them a setting looser than normal to slide up and down for early potty training.
30 months of diapering with washing and drying every 2nd day and these diapers are still going strong. There is no wear on the PUL (it looks like new!) and I have had no issues with snaps. The elastic works like the day I bought the diapers and I am so pleased that I haven't had to replace elastics in any of my diapers (it is a time consuming project). The fleece has some pilling, but it functions the same as fleece on some of my new diapers. My diapers are stained and discolored from hard water, but my investment in these diapers has more than paid for itself months and months ago. And the price of this diaper is comparable to many much lower quality diapers that I've had.
I have paired these diapers with loopy-do inserts and these are by far the best insert I have used (and I've tried many). I now use loopy-dos in ALL my diapers.
I have been very pleased with this product. And I have had excellent experience with the customer service at Knickernappies and at Cloth Diaper Outlet. I would recommend these diapers to anyone. And I am glad to know that these same 20 diapers will likely hold up for a 3rd child if we expand our family!
Absorbent and Super Cute!
I really like the side-snapping pockets because you don't have the wings adding a lot of bulk at the front. We always get a great fit with these, and can customize the absorbency. And all of the cute color choices are a bonus!
We won a medium diaper before my baby was born, and I have to say that it began fitting way earlier than the sizing chart would lead you to believe. Because there are so many snap options on the side tabs, we were able to use this diaper on our daughter from the time she was about 10 pounds! (Of course, it was a little bulky, but it has never leaked.) She is only about 15 pounds now, but it looks like she will be able to wear this diaper for a long time to come, because the rise is still quite high and there are several snap settings left on the tabs. We have the "melon" color and it is a much more vibrant orange than the hue shown on my computer screen.

I purchased one of these covers used and have found it to be a great cover. While it can be a little frustrating to fasten on a wiggling baby because of the side fasteners, the fit is excellent and I'm glad I have one in my stash.
