 Our SuperDo insert is a prewashed insert for heavy wetters and overnight. The SuperDo packs a powerful absorbency with 6 layers of hemp terry and 2 layers of ultra-thirsty microfiber. This insert is even more absorbent than 2 microfiber inserts together.
The hemp is prewashed to avoid shrinking. These can be washed immediately with diapers, though another 3-4 washings is still needed for full absorbency. The microfiber is very plush and it's extra absorbent! (Note: Heavywetters may still need a doubler for overnight. Also, while these are prewashed to remove natural oils, they will still need a few washings to achieve maximum absorbency.)

Instructions for use: slide into the pocket of a pocket diaper. When soiled, remove from pocket and place both insert and pocket diaper into the diaper pail. As with all microfiber products, this should not be used directly against the skin. Use inside a pocket diaper or cover with a fleece liner.
Washing instructions: Wash with your diapers or separately, whichever you prefer. Run a cold rinse first to remove soil and prevent stains from setting. Then wash in hot with 1/2 the amount of detergent recommended on the detergent package. Dry on any setting or hang to dry.

work great for my heavywetter
My daughter never has leaks during the day, but every night we were experiencing major leakage. It would wake her up almost every night and create lots of extra laundry. I was stuffing her pocket diapers with three microfiber inserts and still having leakage issues. I recently purchased a SuperDo insert and we are FINALLY dry all night long (for 12+ hours some nights!). I have three more inserts on the way! I have found that the medium size seems to work perfectly in most of our pocket diapers. They do take a considerable amount of time to dry, but I''ve found that wool dryer balls seem to quicken the process.
These SuperDo’s are the BEST for overnights!
These inserts are some of the best I’ve tried. I love how much coverge they provide in my OS Knickernappies. These are my go to diaper for night.
